Rooms and areas to be painted are scheduled with the customer, furniture is moved and protected, wall and ceiling fixtures are removed and floors are suitably covered.

Walls are often lightly sanded, gaps in trim are caulked, whilst holes and cracks in the walls are filled where needed. We also seal any stains such as water marks and washing is carried out as and where required.

Depending on the surface, paint is applied with a roller, sprayer or brush. Clean cut lines between trim & walls are guaranteed and only premium quality paints are used by General Painting & Decorating.

We do of course arrange the furniture back to the original positions as well as your fixtures and fittings. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept and garbage is removed, leaving your home as good as new.

Once complete, we insist upon a close inspection to ensure all contracted areas are painted properly and that our customers are 100% satisfied.
